Water over the top of the foundation

Water coming in over the top of your foundation is called spillover. It occurs for one of two reasons: the soil grade is higher than the concrete foundation, or there is an above-grade water problem. These above-grade seepage problems can be related to tuck pointing or caulking. Dry Basement® HouseHolder® Systems' experts will determine if the problem is below-grade or above-grade and recommend caulking, tuck pointing or roofing repairs to solve the problem.
