Dennis began working with the Dry Basement® team in 2008, after the acquisition of Always Plumbing. He studied business in college, attended Real Estate school and Insurance school, and he took classes to receive his license as a Master Plumber. He holds a Master Plumbing License under IPC and UPC, and was the previous owner of Always Plumbing. Dennis is a part of American Legion and Rebuilding Clay County, and he is also member of Liberty Sertoma Club where he presently serves as International President. He has received the award for Sertoma of the Year, Community Achievement Award for Volunteerism and has been recognized in the 1996 Who's Who of Kansas City as the largest new, single family builder in the Kansas City, Missouri area.
