Before joining the Dry Basement® HouseHolder® Systems team in 1999, Jenny had 6 years of experience in multi-property and multi-unit property management. She came to us with training in property management and customer service, and began her career as a receptionist. Since that time, she has been promoted to Assistant to Operations Manager, and then, in 2002, she assumed the position of Operations Manager. She has received the 2004 Employee of the Year and AAKC Manager of the Year awards. Currently Jenny serves as our Corporate Secretary & Operations Manager.
