Otto has lived most of his life in Kansas City, Missouri where he started Dry Basement® HouseHolder® Systems in 1975, and he's been going into people's basements for over 42 years. In Kansas City, he has served on the BBB Board of Directors, and he supports the arts and other various charities. Otto enjoys his four grandchildren, Autumn, Cotton, Lottie and Wren, and his two cats, Sally Noir & Sheba.
