FloorHolder™ SystemThe FloorHolder™ System was invented to solve the problem of an unsupported concrete floor. This system was designed and engineered by Dry Basement® to work as a part of our integrated HouseHolder® Foundation System. Just as with the HouseHolder® Pier System, we use high-strength components specifically designed for Midwestern soil conditions.
The FloorHolder™ supports your basement floor and eliminates sagging. Heavy wall pier pipe is driven to load-bearing strata or bedrock, and the floor is supported by our unique bracket system. In most cases, we can lift sagging portions of your floor so that you can have a level surface suitable for laying tile or carpet. Your FloorHolder™ installation crew uses hand-carried components and cores only a 3 to 4 inch hole in your floor. This non-percussive drilling greatly reduces fracturing of the basement floor. All of the holes are re-concreted to seal against water and to provide an even floor surface. With our FloorHolder™, you can be sure that your basement floor is permanently supported and will not sag again. |
